Grace understands that Pilates can also work for those who are looking to ease gently into an exercise programme as a first-timer. Without a sporting background and mostly in a desk-bound job, she came to realise that most people, like herself previously, shy from any form of activities because there was an ingrained concept that their body is unable to move gracefully.
Molly loves that Pilates complemented her passion for dance. She found that Pilates made her body stronger and her dance movements more fluid. She also used Pilates to help treat dance-sustained injuries and soon realize the applicability of Pilates in all other forms of exercise movements that she is involved in. She continually attends courses/workshops/seminars to update her knowledge and skills.
Shirley’s interest in Pilates started after she attended a class out of curiosity. She realised that she has found the perfect exercise movement to help her posture! This intrigued her and she pursued a course in Pilates to help her gain a deeper understanding.
