Our Programmes

We have a flexible schedule of private, semi-private, and very small group classes, and we use the full range of Pilates equipment and GYROTONIC® Method depending on your needs.

Pilates Mat-based Work

The Pilates (pi-lah-teez) method, a system of exercises performed since the 1920’s is named after its creator, Joseph Pilates, a German Athlete (boxer and gymnast) who also studied yoga and martial arts. The Pilates method requires concentration, precise movements and coordinated breathing – strengthening both the mind and body.

Pilates Reformer Work

The Pilates method exercises emphasize on the body’s core muscles (abdominals and back) and muscular-skeletal balance. It focuses on QUALITY OF MOVEMENT and works several muscle groups at one time.

GYROTONIC® Method

GYROTONIC® exercises allow one to work on the entire body through seven natural elements of spinal movement: forward, backward, left side, right side, left twist, right twist and circular, as well as all other joint articulation.
